Diversitec has been classified as a “critical infrastructure” business by the US government and will continue to operate in a fully functional manner. We are being as proactive and predictive as we can to keep lead times to an acceptable level. We are working with our top manufacturers to assess potential supply chain disruptions and any possible impact on product flow.
Our freight carriers have notified us that in some areas, deliveries may be impaired. We may request additional contact information at the time of order placement in order to assist in completed deliveries at the highest possible rate.
All unnecessary travel has been eliminated and our sales and service teams have all the necessary tools to work seamlessly from home or in other remote locations as situations dictate. Our remaining onsite staff has committed to practicing hygiene and social distancing methods as outlined by the CDC.
